At Adelaide Physio and Podiatry Clinic, we accept all types of referrals and self-referred patients. We are here to provide you with the best possible care, and we will work with you to ensure that you get the treatment you need.

All Major Health Fund Providers Accepted
Patients with private health do not require a referral. We encourage our patients to confirm their rebate entitlements with their Health Fund Provider. We accept all major funds and provide on-the-spot claiming.

No Referral Required
Clients are welcome to self-fund their consultations by paying with cash or a credit card. Referrals are not required to use our services. Please read our new Patient information form for further detail.

We Bulk Bill Care Plan

At our Holden Hill Clinic, We charge a Gap of $20. The Medicare CDM program allows for a total of up to (5) rebated consults to any referred allied health practitioners per year.

We Bulk Bill DVA Card Holders
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) require a referral from your GP. 

Under the DVA treatment cycle arrangements, a referral to our physiotherapist and/or podiatrist will last up to 12 sessions or one year, whichever ends first.

NDIS Plan Managed and Self Funded

We happily provide the following NDIS services  to Self- managing and plan-managed NDIS participants.

  • Custom Prosthetics and Orthotics- Assistive Technology
  • Therapeutic Supports- Improved Daily Living Skills

Home Care Package Clients
We accept referrals from all Aged Care providers for clinic and home visit physiotherapy and podiatry through the client’s HCP.

How can I get a clinic and home visit physio and podiatry visit funded by my Home Care Package?
A. Contact us yourself – Our friendly team will be able to walk you through the whole process, in easy to understand terms.

OR

B. Ask your Case Manager to contact us on your behalf – It’s that easy! We’ll discuss the services that are required and create a service agreement to ensure that your physio and podiatry services can be covered by your HCP.
